1. Scope of Workstation Sales

By placing orders with stacksortitwll.mom, you agree that our stackable systems are crafted under Scandinavian design engineering specs and guidelines. Proper structural stability requires complying with maximum vertical stack levels.

Every order is considered customized engineering work. Delivery of modular components, aluminum plates, and acoustic structures is initiated immediately upon mutual verification of layout specifications via our support team.

2. Physical Stack Limitations & Weight Thresholds

All modular assemblies are rated for maximum vertical heights. It is strictly forbidden to build arrays exceeding eight (8) vertical elements without securing structural mounting brackets. Neodymium alignments must be kept free of metallic fragments that could cause magnetic separation.

Do not place components on workspaces subject to continuous vibration unless sound-dampening acoustic felt inserts and high-torque physical fasteners are fully deployed.

3. Liability & Damage Exclusions

We guarantee absolute structural integrity of our solid aluminum structures. stacksortitwll is not liable for structural degradation of custom desks, falling of monitors due to unstable table assembly, or damage to third party digital hardware stored inside the sorting units.

Responsibility for proper installation, bracket tightening, and desk material stress checks remains entirely with the structural architect on-site.

4. Governing Swedish Jurisdictions

All contractual relationships are governed under laws and structures of Stockholm, Sweden. Any physical disputes must be submitted to the local courts of Sweden.

Should any individual clause inside this contract be declared void under European Union law, the remaining structural conditions, limits, and safety metrics will continue to exert full physical and legal force.
